As Jessica Sanderson grew into adulthood, she began to realize strange abilities and powers, she had not had before. Jessica found that she had extreme Telekentic Abilities, which allowed her to move Objects with her mind. The Telekinesis was so strong that she could pick up a Dump Truck and squeeze it like a Soda Can! Jessica's powers and abilities drew the Attention of Nathan Hawthorne (the LioSabre). Nathan Became a mentor to Jessica and helped train her into becoming a very powerful master of Telekinesis..

Taking Inspiration from Liosabre's British Costume and the Statue of Liberty, Jessica Decided to become the Sovereign Liberty! The Helmet designed and Built by Hawthorne Industries was made to help amplify and further fine tune Jessica's ability..with the Helmet, Jessica could use her telekinetic ability to disarm a highly sensitive bomb from over 200 feet away! The Helmet has functional antenna in the shape of Liberty's spiky halo, and can help to fine tune the Telekentic energies from Jessica's Mind.

The Eye Shield helps to filter light and gives different modes of view with infrared, night vision, and x-ray.

With the Telekinetic Abilities, Sovereign Liberty can also increase her strength and rate of speed while running, Kicking, and can even soften her fall. The Telekinesis is also able to provide her with a Bullet stopping feature, as well as Blunt instruments. The Sovereign Liberty Became a full fledged Member of The Guardian Legion, she is independent, but looks to Star Superion, Thundara, and Liosabre for guidance and resolve at times.

She is very Patriotic and views the world from the eyes of freedom and Glory, she is the Sovereign Liberty!!
