The Magnaman:

Johnathan Powers is the youngest Brother of Adam Powers (The Star Superion), and Timothy Powers, JR (Major Valor).

While doing research on the Earth's Magnetic Sphere in a remote lab on Antarctica, Johnathan Powers had seen many strange Natural occurances during his 2 year long stint researching the Magnetic waves of the Earth's southern Pole. Nothing he had witnessed so far would prepare him for what happened next.

While conducting an experiment with his Magnetrometer, a device that simulates magnetic wave lengths and measures them, Johnathan was assaulted without warning by a meteor shower, that devestated his equipment and damaged his Snow Vehicle..

A large Meteor Hit just as his Magnetrometer Machine went off, and a flash wave of unknown radioactive energy shot through Johnathan repeatedly, until he passed out. When Johnathan awoke he found he had strange powers over Magnetic forces, and Metal materials, but he was unable to control it. His powers lashed out and nearly destroyed the area he was in..

He frantically rushed back to his bunker base, and made a call to his Brother, Adam Powers in New York, who he also knew was the Famed Star Superion. Adam, as Star Superion, Rushed out to Antartica and grabbed his brother, they were headed back to New York to meet with Doctor Agoss at Monument Labs, when Johnathan's Power hit another critical Buiild Up and severly damaged some oil tankers nearby.

Star Superion had to clean that mess up, and took Johnathan right away to see Doctor Argoss, who created a special suit, that would allow Johnathan to monitor and control his powers. Over time his body may become used to his molecular changes, and he would not need the suit for control, but for now Johnathan Powers must wear his suit to protect himself and everyone around him from his dangerous Magnetic powers.

Deciding to follow his Brother and use his powers for Good, Johnathan became the Magnaman, the Magnetic Avenger!!
